I. Eligibility Requirements

a. Must be a full-time student for the full 2024-2025 academic year

b. Must have a 2.5 minimum GPA

c. Must be in good academic, behavioral and financial standing

 II. RA Recruitment Guidelines

a. Attend an information session

      1. Friday, March 8th 1:30pm-3pm
      2. Monday, March 11th 5pm-6:30pm
      3. Friday, March 15th 5pm-6:30pm
      4. Monday, March 18th 5pm-6:30pm
      5. Friday, March 22nd 1:30pm-3pm

b. Review RA Position Description and Terms and Conditions 

c. Complete a 2024-2025 Academic Year Application by March 24th at 11:59pm(Applicants must use their campus login information to access application, changing the email address to campus.7672049.com)

      1. 24-25 Resident Assistant Application (New Applicant)
      2. 24-25 Resident Assistant Application (Returning RA)
      3. Submit two letters of recommendation (Recommendations can be submitted AFTER application submission)

d. Complete the hands-on recruitment process (if eligible and selected)

Other Housing positions Application

The Residential Student Association 

RSA, also known as the Residential Student Association, is an organization that represents the residents of CSUDH Housing. All residents of University Housing automatically become members of the RSA and are charged a $25 non-refundable RSA Fee once per academic year. The purpose of this organization is to put on programs, act as a connection between residents and University Housing administration, and to work alongside Resident Assistants. Residents can also utilize this group to address their housing problems and concerns. Visit the RSA page for more information.
